Very Good Place

Very communicative, thoughtful and understanding host. They were sure to check-in during the ME conflict to ensure I was well/ okay and helped arrange amendments to booking as needed. Will definitely stay at their accomodation next time I’m in Dubai!

The apartment is generally acceptable, but there are several important issues that should be addressed. Firstly, the hot water runs out very quickly, which makes it inconvenient for normal use. Secondly, the air conditioner operates very noisily and clearly requires inspection. Additionally, the kitchen exhaust fan is also extremely loud and appears to be in need of repair. The apartment itself is not very spacious, although it is located on a high floor. The surrounding area currently includes construction sites and a nearby highway, which may affect comfort for some guests. I hope the host will take these points into consideration and make the necessary improvements.

Great apartment. The Elite Lux service was 10/10, very attentive and responsive. The location is also great, close to downtown (just a short drive) :)

Exceptional Stay in Arjan! Staying with Elite Holiday Homes in Arjan was the highlight of my trip. This studio is hands down the best place to live if you want a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. the stay was very good, everything was as explained. however the parking access key was not working and we needed to call the security to open the parking everytime we needed to enter. other than that everything was great

I loved the size of this apartment, well decorated and clean. The checkin was smooth & hassle free. It's strategically located in JVC. All you need is just around the corner, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant & parks.. The only downside is it's a new development area i think, so most of the road having new coming up construction which can be quite unpleasant at times. The host was professional, warm and friendly. They attended to all questions & issues immediately. Thank you for that 🙏🏼 I would definitely come back & recommend the stay to anyone who is looking.

We enjoyed our stay at this Elite LUX Holiday property. Everyone was extremely kind and accommodating to us during our stay. Creek Harbor felt like a vacation within a vacation. We shared some constructive items with the property management during and after our stay; "roof for improvement" items. Our feedback was mostly related to longer term stays. Management was very cooperative and open to improving. I am sure when we return this will be a 5* stay!

The team answered our questions quickly and solved the all problems immediately. The house was near the Discovery Garden metro and there is a small shop across the street. I recommend it for your Dubai trip.

We liked having a friendly person in the lovely reception area . The apartment is on the 4th floor very convenient to the lift . It is bigger that the photos suggest . Spotless with lovely view of the tennis courts and small park . There is a very good supermarket five minutes away but no shops or restaurants except a nice little coffee that opened recently . It is a 25 min taxi to anywhere but these are easy to get and no expensive

Gerne wieder. Super toll, modern und wie auf den Bildern. Auch der Pool war sehr schön. Leider keine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, was jedoch mit der Nutzung vom Taxi überflüssig ist.

the appartament was 10/10 amazing, the building was also great ,very polite security and reception staff. Location is pefect ,this area has no traffic its very peaceful ,easy to find free parking spots if not using garage. Love the area as a whole and definitely will be back at Elite Lux Homes.☺️

We had quite a Lovely stay here in Elite LUX Holiday Homes, thanks to the friendly hosts. The location is great, there’s a supermarket nearby within 5min’s walk. Kitchen utensils are very complete, easy for cooking and eating. And the neighborhood is every quiet, we barely hear noise. Besides, all furniture and linens are spotlessly clean.

We booked this apartment mainly for convenience since it’s right beside our home, and it worked very well for my mom and her friends. The unit is comfortable, and the community is quiet, beautifully landscaped, and well maintained. While the lagoon is currently dry, when it has water the area truly feels like a resort. Guests who are booking mainly for the lagoon may want to check its current status beforehand. There is no public transport in the area, so having a car or using taxi-hailing apps is necessary. If you do have a car, the location is very convenient and close to major Dubai landmarks. The hosts were extremely responsive, and their instructions were clear and easy to follow. Because of their excellent communication and support, we’re happy to give them five stars. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay.

There were a few issues with the water heater and cleanliness which persisted for a few days. Owners were able to get them resolved really fast. Great location.
