Sleeping Area
The main living space centres around a generous king-size bed dressed in crisp white hotel-quality linens and layered with textured cushions. Matching oak-toned bedside tables with warm bedside lamps and a statement sunburst rattan mirror add a relaxed, contemporary feel. Colourful abstract art prints above the headboard bring character to the neutral palette. A folding desk and chair are available for those needing a compact workspace.

Living & Dining
A breakfast bar with two bar-height chairs neatly separates the sleeping zone from the kitchen — perfect for morning coffee or a casual meal. The wall-mounted Smart TV faces the bed for effortless evening entertainment.

Kitchen
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, and all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you need. The washing machine is also conveniently located here, keeping the main living space uncluttered.

Bathroom
A clean, white-tiled bathroom features a full-size bathtub with overhead shower, pedestal basin, mirror, and a complete set of toiletries — shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and fresh towels provided.

Balcony
Step through floor-to-ceiling glass doors to a private balcony furnished with a rattan bistro table and two chairs — a quiet city-view perch amid Dubai Marina's skyline.

Guests have full private access to the entire studio, including the balcony, kitchen, bathroom, and all furnished areas.

The building's gym is available for guest use. Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed upon booking. The host team is available to assist with smooth arrival coordination.

Manchester Tower sits in Dubai Marina, one of the city's most energetic and walkable neighbourhoods. The Marina is defined by its striking skyline of high-rise towers lining a purpose-built 3.5 km promenade along the water — a magnet for residents and visitors alike.

The area buzzes with al fresco dining, casual cafés, boutique retail, and waterfront leisure. The Marina Walk promenade is steps away, offering a scenic route for morning runs or evening strolls. The neighbourhood draws a cosmopolitan mix of professionals, tourists, and long-term residents, giving it a lively yet familiar energy at any hour.

Dubai Marina is well-served by public transport, with the Dubai Metro (Red Line) and the Dubai Tram both operating nearby, connecting you efficiently to the rest of the city. The beach at JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence) is also easily accessible from the Marina area.

Public Transport
Dubai Marina is served by the Dubai Metro Red Line (DMCC and Jumeirah Lake Towers stations are the closest stops) as well as the Dubai Tram, which runs along the Marina waterfront and connects to the Metro and Palm Jumeirah. Both options make it easy to reach Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, and Dubai International Airport without a car.

Taxis & Ride-Hailing
RTA taxis are plentiful in Dubai Marina and can be hailed on the street or booked via the Careem or Uber apps. Journey times to key destinations vary depending on traffic.

Driving & Parking
For guests with a rental car, Dubai Marina is well connected to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), Dubai's main arterial highway. Parking availability at the building should be confirmed at the time of booking.

On Foot
The Marina Walk is extremely pedestrian-friendly. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and leisure options are all within easy walking distance of Manchester Tower.

Things to keep in mind:

• The studio is located on the 4th floor — lift access is available in Manchester Tower.
• The space comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests; sleeping arrangements beyond the king bed (e.g. sofa or rollaway) should be confirmed with the host.
• The kitchen and laundry are in a semi-separate alcove — ideal for keeping cooking smells away from the sleeping area.
• Air conditioning is provided throughout.
• Fast WiFi and a Smart TV with streaming capability are included.
• Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and all essential toiletries are supplied.
• This is a residential building — please be mindful of noise levels, especially late at night.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
